We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Bulgaria included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Bulgarian employer.
About the project:
Currently we have two different projects so your could choose between working as a Content Moderator or Customer Support Specialist for a banking company. Depending on the project you would be moderating content and posted ads or give support to the bank users related to money transfer transactions.
Requirements:
- Fluent Norwegian language (C1) - (written and spoken) is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English language - B2
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
What We Offer:
- Full time contract with a Bulgarian employer
- Work from the office in Sofia
- Basic salary of 3200 -4100 BGN gross per month depending on the project
