TheRole:Senior Associate Real Estate Client Support

The Location: This position is available in Islamabad Pakistan

TheTeam: The Client Support team is responsible for providing client support for ourMarket Intelligence platformby holdinginvestigativeconversations with clients & driving product usage. Being present in the US Pakistan & Philippines makesusa truly global team. Members of the team learn in-depth industry knowledge producewebcast presentations and developmany in-demandtechnical skills.

TheImpact:Being the nerve center you will be the face of the organization for our clients. Your regular day would require you to answer client queries and being an advocate while showcasing your vast knowledge of our tools data and the industries we cover. The top financial institutions in the world will ask you to figure out things they are unable to understand on their own. Additionally Client Support team members interact with many internal teams including Sales Content Product News and Technical Support.

Responsibilities:As a senior member of our team you are expected to make an impact right from the beginning.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients distributors and internal SPGMI staff via phone email and web chats in the areas of industry content and product consulting
  • Support a client base of firms across the Investment Banking Private Equity Investment Management Financial Corporate and Non-Financial Corporate segments
  • Assist with training and mentoring junior colleagues by demonstrating expertise in best practices and product knowledge
  • Conduct product demos and training for clients
  • Build out our Knowledge Base for internal stakeholders and clients
  • Produce product-focused webcasts to drive client usage of the platform

What were looking for:

  • A Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics and/or related field or strong knowledge of the global economy
  • 1-2 years of experience in an external client-facing role and hands-on experience supporting the Market Intelligence platform
  • Extensive Real Estate industry knowledge preferably applicable to REITs
  • Strong communication and customer service skills to effectively resolve client concerns and promote SPGMI product usage
  • An interest in continuously expanding your knowledge and challenging yourself
  • An ability to resolve problems manage time and stay organized in a fast-faced demanding environment
  • A flexible team player who can lead by example
