The Opportunity
Our valued client is an international Marketing Agency focusing on the healthcare and medical industries and specializing in digital marketing. They are looking for a Creative Director based in Philippines to lead a diverse multidisciplinary team in delivering global healthcare campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative pitches high-priority briefs and campaigns across global healthcare markets.
- Guide and mentor internal creatives and freelancers ensuring high-quality output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic and creative alignment.
- Integrate industry trends and AI innovations into healthcare communications.
- Shape the companys creative vision and brand presence internally and externally.
Key Requirements
- 8 years in creative roles 5 years in leadership.
- Experience in healthcare/science communications; emerging markets a plus.
- Strong creative vision with hands-on execution skills.
- Proficient in AI tools; adaptable and innovative.
- Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities.
