Compensation & Benefit Manager
The primary purpose of the role is to plan manage and organize the operations of the Compensation & Benefits function to attract and retain top talent ensuring these programs meet industry standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing market trends conducting competitive benchmarking and administering diverse compensation and benefits plans including salary structures incentive plans health and retirement programs. Additionally the role provides strategic guidance to HR and management teams supporting organizational objectives and enhancing employee engagement and productivity. Collaboration with internal stakeholders is essential to ensure compensation practices align with the companys overall goals.
Bachelor Degree in HR or business administration
Preferred:
Minimum 8 years of HR experience in Compensation and benefits matters (full suite)
