Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sequencing & Molding Manager to lead and optimize our Sequencing and Molding operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring production efficiency cost control and high-quality output in alignment with our strategic goals. You will manage a team drive continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to support plant operations and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team in Sequencing and Molding.
- Organize production planning and scheduling to meet demand and optimize capacity.
- Oversee mold maintenance spare parts management and machine availability.
- Ensure compliance with safety environmental and quality standards (OHSAS 18001 ISO 14001).
- Drive cost reduction initiatives and implement lean manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners (suppliers contractors auditors).
- Support planning for bladder plant operations and inventory management.
Qualifications :
- Education: Degree in Engineering Management or Supply Chain Planning.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in tire manufacturing or related industry.
- Leadership: Proven experience managing teams
- Technical Expertise:
- Production planning & control
- Material management & forecasting
- Mold management & maintenance
- Lean manufacturing (Kanban Kaizen 5S CIM)
