- Ensure timely submission of all applications and renewals for the Developers License Sales & Advertising Permit Form 7(e) & (f) and other required documents in compliance with the Housing Developers Act and relevant local authority regulations.
- Conduct market research to track industry trends and analyze competitors growth strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Liaise with local authorities for the application and renewal of outdoor advertising permits.
Requirements
- Diploma Advanced Diploma Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of working experience with a property developer preferably in high-rise projects.
- Broad marketing experience encompassing both traditional and digital marketing.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Skilled in budgeting research and data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
