Job Summary
ACG is an integrated advertising agency expanding our expertise into event management. We are seeking a Senior Event Manager to take ownership of client events from concept through execution and post-event analysis. As part of our team you will lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with partners and vendors delivering events that align with our clients strategic objectives and our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set event objectives KPIs and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning including concept development logistics vendor management venue selection and scheduling.
- Create and manage detailed project plans timelines and budgets ensuring events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact event content.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships negotiating contracts and securing necessary services.
- Supervise on-site event management ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for future improvements.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant event management experience with proven success in overseeing the full event lifecycle.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook with strong administrative skills.
- A working knowledge of event logistics budgeting and content development.
- Intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).
- Drivers license is preferred.
