Description
The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning executing and delivering IT projects on time within scope and within budget. This role ensures alignment with business goals manages cross-functional teams and drives continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Your Tasks:
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans timelines and resource allocations.
- Lead project execution ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on progress risks and issues.
- Ensure documentation and reporting meet audit and compliance standards.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage project budgets forecasts and financial reporting.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for execution.
- Optimize resource utilization and resolve capacity conflicts.
Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams business units and external partners.
- Manage vendor deliverables and ensure contract compliance.
Tools & Methodologies
- Use project management tools (e.g. ServiceNow Oracle MS Project) to manage tasks and timelines.
- Apply Agile Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate.
- Promote best practices in project governance and delivery.
Your Profile:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing IT projects in a complex enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills.
- PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification preferred.
