As a Sr. Talent Management Specialist youll design and implement global talent initiatives that strengthen our leadership pipeline enhance employee experiences and drive business impact. Youll collaborate across HR and business teams to deliver talent programs succession planning and talent reviews while bringing creativity curiosity and a growth mindset to challenge the status quo. Reporting to the Talent Director youll join a collaborative team where your critical thinking relationship-building and problem-solving skills will help shape the future of how Genesys develops and retains talent.
Responsibilities:
Support and deliver talent programs from design through implementation enablement and governance.
Lead and facilitate succession planning and talent review processes.
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to drive adoption and impact.
Develop clear compelling presentations and materials to reinforce our talent story.

Requirements:
5 years of experience in Talent Organizational Development Human Capital or HR Consulting.

Experience leading large-scale or complex projects.
Comfortable using HR technology and collaboration tools.
