Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Shipping Administrator for a company located in Morrow!

Qualifications for Shipping Administrators:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required.
Must have 1-3 months of related experience and/or training.
Must have experience in shipping/logistics.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Shipping Administrators:

Manages the flow of the delivery of materials to customers.
Draws up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time for each delivery.
Confers with sales coordinators to confirm status of scheduled projects.
Prepares shipping/receiving documents.
Responds to telephone inquires from customers regarding delivery of shipments.
Ensures timeliness of incoming and outgoing supplies and materials.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $16.00-18.00/hour depending on experience
