Position Summary
As a Shipping and Receiving CoordinatorSyBridgeDigitalSolutionsAdditive Manufacturing team you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient andaccuratemovement of products through the shipping process. This position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to Shipping and Receiving.
KeyResponsibilities
- Coordinate outbound shipments ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping.
- Prepare shipping documents including packing lists bills of lading and customs documentation.
- Implement andmaintainshipping best practices tooptimizeefficiency.
- Receive incoming shipments verify quantities and inspect for damage or discrepancies.
- Update inventory systems and communicate with relevant departments to ensureaccuratestock levels.
- Ensure all received items are correctly labeled stored and documented.
- Maintain organized andaccurateinventory records using the companys inventory management system.
- Conduct regular cycle counts andassistin periodic physical inventory audits.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with procurement and production teams to avoid stockouts or overages.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates.
- Foster positive relationships with carriers and negotiate favorable shipping terms.
Qualifications
- Computer data entry experience working with Warehouse Management Inventory Management or ERP software.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Must present a positive professional and energetic attitude be able to work in a team be proactive and remain self-motivated.
- 1-3 years of warehouse experience is preferred; notrequired.
- Must be available from Monday to Friday.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
- Physically able to stand sit move squat walk and climbduring the course ofthe shift.
- Physical ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently.
- High attention to detail andmonitorquality/quantity of inventory.
- Highly organized and able to store items efficiently.
