About the position

As an Enterprise Account Executive youll work in a team environment and will assume the ownership for an assigned geographic territory. You will prospect for new business through various channels leveraging your sales skills and experience. You will drive the identification and qualification of opportunities developing and executing account & opportunity plans leading to the generation of software license maintenance and services revenue.

In addition you will facilitate and maintain successful relationships with your customers. This role is for someone who is looking for a role where you can truly build influence and manage your own book of businessin a collaborative sales environment. We believe in entrepreneurialism and empowering you to make decisions that will grow our business. Wellprovide you with all of the resources and training you need to be a successful high-earning sales executive.

This is a remote role that will require some regional and international travel across ANZ.

What your day to day will look like:

  • Prospecting potential customers through various channels
  • Selling our solutions to enterprise customers greater than 1500 users
  • Using consultative selling techniques to educate customers about their industry and offer insights and perspectives on technology needs that are fulfilled by our solutions
  • Working with a virtual account team to deploythecustomer engagement lifecycle thatincludes;Marketing for lead generationBusiness DevelopmentRepresentativesfor lead qualificationPre-salesEngineersfor technical support and CustomerSuccessManagersfor renewals after the initial sale.
  • Attending and participating in team meetings and communicating regularly with professional services and engineering staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Leveraging existing channel partnerships to grow AvePoints presence inyourregionand establishing proactive relationships with influential people both with the customer and other third parties
  • Handling post-sales support issues for customers e.g. escalation of support calls identifying additional training needs etc.

  • 5 years of enterprise software sales experience
  • Strong experience selling in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Executive level relationship selling experience
  • General familiarity with selling methodologies and processes
  • Accountabilityand a sense of urgency
