Job Description
We are seeking an Executive Director candidate who has a deep understanding of GenAI technologies along with strong leadership skills to set the strategy for Finance to achieve our goals. As we continue to grow and innovate in the field of GenAI this role is crucial for our strategic direction.
The job description includes key responsibilities such as overseeing the implementation of GenAI strategies coordinating roll-outs across global cross-functional teams ensuring strong controls are in place and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Additionally the role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills as the Executive Director will be the primary liaison between our team and senior management.
You will:
- Establish a business-driven center of excellence that can work across our global Finance organisation to ideate iterate and implement solutions.
- Build and establish a global Finance team of GenAI experts that can help Finance scale more quickly on the new technologies.
- Work with business users to develop the skillsets needed including prompt writing and testing frameworks.
- Be the expert in several GenAI applications that will be rolled out in Finance across various themes in document processing financial analysis personal productivity and others.
- Work with the Firmwide GenAI team and Finance Technology teams hand in hand.
- Establish robust training and communications agenda including events like expos hackathons and frequent presentations in forums.
- Drive Finance towards a set of organized priorities through an organized structure.
- Stay abreast of latest AI trends and technologies including thorough vendor assessments.
- Maintain transparency in partnership with the PMO function to track implementations risks issues and performance metrics.
You have:
- 10 years of relevant work experience
- Hands on experience with GenAI working on implementing solutions with business users helping them see the art of the possible
- Hands on experience performing large product roll-outs to business users
- Good understanding and experience of modern software development processes change management and best practices
- Good understanding of financial concepts and products
- Clear thinking good business sense and judgment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate with both specialist and non-technical stakeholders
- Strategic mindset
