What youll do:

• Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and support them closely during the hiring process.
• Manage phases of the recruiting process such as pre-screening interviews selecting candidates offer process and contract handling.
• Communicate with candidates during the selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure cooperation with different internal and external stakeholders during the hiring process such as universities/schools OPCO immigration vendors etc.
• Work closely and coordinate with other HR teams and cross-functional teams.
• Participate in other ad-hoc projects.

What you bring:

• Minimum of two years of working experience in an international environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or a background in HR is required.

Education and Qualification / Skills and Competencies:

• Bachelors or Masters degree.
• Fluent in English.
• Effective communication skills.
• Professional customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks with specific deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Attention to detail quality-focused.
• Working experience with MS Office.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting product is an advantage.

Due to the nature of the role which involves global interactions with SAP entities as well as with employees and stakeholders in Canada functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in the Quebec.
