Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with NXP Center of Excellence (CoE) located in China and Malaysia
- Support statutory accounting activities which includes preparation or review of financial statements in Thai language provide updates on Thai accounting standards etc.
- Manage withholding tax filings and issuance of withholding tax certificates
- Act as focal point of contact for Financial Accounting to support local finance activities including (but not limited to):
Translation of local documents or reports to English
Issuance of receipts
Handling calls from local suppliers if needed.
Managing incoming documents scanning archiving/filing.
- Redirect requests to responsible CoE team where applicable
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in finance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to communication in English
- Knowledge and update in tax regulation
