The role of Customer Experience Agent will allow you to work with global customers and their complex logistic solutions. You will interact daily with customers vendors and colleagues around the world.
You will become essential part of the company and get a high degree of personal responsibility. It is optimal entry position to understand what is the product which Maersk delivers to clients with possibility to build career within Maersk group.
Key responsibilities
Activities include coordination of the entire chain of transport from origin to destination starting with following up on purchase orders and ensuring timely departure/arrival - in case of deviations finding the best alternative solutions in close collaboration with colleagues and carriers.
