Introduction
Opportunity in advanced eNVM technology development as a Principal Engineer you will be responsible for driving a differentiated technology (eNVM) development through various maturity milestones (from proof-of-concept to ready-for-production) by meeting the requirements for electrical mechanical thermal reliability and customer specifications and contribute to GlobalFoundries corporate objective to be the leader in providing feature-rich solution to customers.
Your Job
We are looking for candidate who is interested in technology development inadvanced CMOS and eNVM process integration and device areas.
To integrate new processes throughout development qualification and technology release/transfer phases with emphasis on integration related matters to meet the technology release requirements
To work with different teams (process module device product & fab operation) to develop and qualify new processes
To integrate new processes design test structures create new process flow (STF ECN etc) define new ET and inline specs during technology development phase.
To characterize and qualify the integrated processes to meet the technology release requirements
Interact and coordinate with Product Engineering and Device Team to resolve yield and quality issues of the new processes during development
To perform data analysis and problem solving for ET yield process and Reliability issues
