Job Description
Position: Admission Counselor
School Type: IGCSE Curriculum
Location: Bangalore
Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Job Description:
- Possess a warm and enthusiastic personality.
- Helping students prepare for academic selections.
- Capturing the attention of students by stating the key benefits and offerings of a particular course program or even an institution.
- Assisting students in picking the right courses.
- Providing career guidance to students.
- Providing information on the various admission procedures and requirements.
- Staying up-to-date with the developments and changes in the educational sector.
- Interviewing students reviewing their applications and determining their career goals.
- Arranging campus tours as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Masters or Bachelors degree in Education or a related field.
- A compassionate and an empathic individual with a zeal building impactful connections.
- Excellent active listening verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven work experience as Admissions Counselor Academic Advisor Academic Coach or a similar position in the Education department(Preferably IGCSE Curriculum).
- Should be target driven and be able to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
- Strong planning and people reading skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
