Reports to: Director of Admissions
Position Objective: Primary responsibilities are to support all areas of recruitment and enrollment and provide technical support with database and information management. Interface with prospective families and coordination of recruitment activities are key to this role.
Essential Job Duties:
- Assist recruitment initiatives and enrollment process by touring families counseling families with the completion of applicant folders to include contacting families and responding to inquiries communicating with admissions committees and testing applicants. Assist as needed for follow up of prospects.
- Support department with database needs to include ongoing Veracross training of team members merging of duplicate records managing re-enrollment and enrollment process while coordinating with the CIO/Technology and Business Office. Attend Veracross training annually. Evaluate the online inquiry/application process for user ease and clarity; streamline process where needed; oversee enhancements or changes. Be the contact for parent portal questions and concerns.
- Development of queries and data analysis; run weekly monthly and EOY reports.
- Manage and coordinate special events which are not division specific such as (but not limited to) the New Parent BBQ Affordability seminars Proud Parent luncheon and New Family Social. Coordinate new recruitment activities targeting Lower and Middle School (Bring A Friend to School and Experience Ravenscroft).
- Assist with Financial Aid process to include communicating with and counseling families reviewing applications interfacing with TADS maintaining files posting awards and preparing reports and data analysis.
- Maintain SEVIS annual registration and files and issue student Visas.
- Submit admissions information to Communications for weekly E-calendar and assist with updating and printing of marketing publications annually.
- Update Competitive Profile annually.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of School or her designee; support the School its leadership and mission.

Qualifications:
- Must have the desire and ability to promote Ravenscroft to the external community.
- Possess creativity and tenacity with building relationships with families and community organizations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills needed.
- Database and website knowledge preferred.
- Must be team oriented present a professional image and maintain confidentiality.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required and experience in independent school education preferred.
