Admin Activities:
Manage office supplies inventory and vendor coordination.
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Coordinate travel arrangements meeting schedules and logistics.
Handle facility management housekeeping and office maintenance.
Support in preparing reports documentation and filing.
Assist in enforcing company policies health & safety norms.
HR Activities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job postings scheduling interviews follow-ups).
Maintain employee records personal files and HR databases.
Support onboarding and exit formalities.
Track employee attendance leaves and prepare monthly reports.
Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Support in drafting HR letters circulars and communications.
