Job Description
Human Resources Generalists will play a critical role in managing and supporting the site the HR team to provide consistent professional HR support to the organization.
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Assist in recruiting
Recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Manage the organizations employee database and prepare reports.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Prepares and delivers presentations regarding human resources and employee relations topics.
- Provides back-up support for Benefits programs such asinsurance cards leave of absence tracking and employee assistance.
- Administer retirements and service awards
Additional Job Details
- Bachelors degree in human resources or related.
- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator.
- Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
