We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help us grow.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions and concerns building trusted relationships across all levels.

  • Run regular 1:1 check-ins with new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and gather actionable feedback.

  • Proactively collect analyze and act on employee feedback to improve engagement and retention.

  • Provide hands-on support to managers on employee relations performance issues development plans and team dynamics.

  • Continuously assess and enhance HR practices to surpass industry standards.

  • Collaborate on the development and implementation of HR policies that reinforce and advance our company culture.

  • Support and contribute to the performance management system including goal setting evaluations and feedback.

  • Assist in internal events and initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale.

What You Need To Have

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field

  • 3 years of experience in human resources management in a high-performance environment

  • Good knowledge of HR laws regulations and best practices

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a dynamic setting

  • Strong problem-solving decision-making and time-management skills

  • Excellent writing skills and fluency in English
