About The Role
Were looking for analytical and passionate people to join our team as Platform Growth & Client Success based in Singapore. You will need to be comfortable handling difficult client situations with the intention to end each interaction with positive outcomes.
Some of the Key Responsibilities Include
Client Success & Investor Relations
Act as the key front-facing contact for our investor community on the platform.
Manage a small team of customer service executives to ensure timely and effective support.
Build trusted relationships with verified investors and act as the first port of call for platform-related queries and deal-specific discussions.
Platform Growth
Strategically grow the investor database for the Singapore market through outreach and community engagement initiatives.
Work closely with the Platform Head to identify segment and activate investor leads converting them into active participants on the platform.
Deal Enablement & Communication
Be well-versed in investment deal terms to communicate offerings clearly and effectively to investors.
Support the curation and preparation of deal materials including pitch decks deal briefs summaries and FAQs to ensure investors are well-informed.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work with the Marketing team to co-create and execute campaigns that drive investor engagement and awareness of key opportunities.
Collaborate with the Product team to surface investor feedback and help prioritize product improvements that enhance the user experience.
Partner with internal stakeholders to develop educational content and thought leadership to nurture investor confidence.
This is a hybrid role that blends investor relations project management and platform development ideal for someone dynamic commercially minded and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
About You
At least 3-5 years of sales or client servicing experience
High level of familiarity with financial markets and investment research; background in financial institutions or banks are preferred
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with team player attitude and orientation
Strong organizational skills
Excellent English verbal / written communication skills
Ability to handle chat apps (e.g. Intercom) CRM tools (Salesforce CRM Pardot HubSpot) and documentation tools (MS Word Google Docs)
