Responsibilities:
- Provide Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition services to the designated functions
- Responsible for but not limited to Recruitment Annual Budgeting Manpower Planning Performance Management Salary Review and Employee Engagement etc.
- Support and ensure the operations of functions are smooth and aligned with company policy
- Assist in designing implementing and monitoring short-term to long-term strategies and ensure business sustainability and success
- From time to time evaluate business needs and provide HR advises and solution to business leaders
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Conversant with the Labour Ordinances & Statutory regulations in Hong Kong and also prefer in Mainland
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Candidate with less experience can be considered as Senior Officer
