Production Manager
Our client is the global industrial technology leader bringing world-leading expertise in electrification automation and digitization. They are seeking an exceptional Production Manager join their dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan coordinate and oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
- Manage and develop production staff through training performance evaluations and motivation to ensure a high-performing team.
- Monitor and enforce quality control procedures to maintain product standards and address any issues that arise.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity reduce waste and streamline operations.
- Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of materials and efficient resource use.
- Prepare and present production reports to senior management highlighting performance metrics challenges and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Business Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in production management or a similar role within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with production processes quality control and safety regulations.
- Strong proficiency in English Cantonese and Mandarin
