EET Group is looking for shipping coordinators to join our newly established global logistics team in Greve. This isnt just another operations role. Its a chance to help build a central function from the ground up collaborate across countries and define the way we work from day one.
The Role
EET is a fast-moving international company and logistics plays a key role in how we serve our customers. Youll be part of a supportive and ambitious team where we take our work seriously but never ourselves. We believe that collaboration curiosity and a bit of humor go a long way.
You will be based in Greve at our state-of-the-art Distribution center reporting to the Head of Transportation and Distribution.

The Job
You will help shape the job but some of the daily work includes:
- Coordinating incoming shipments (AIR SEA ROAD COURIER) from global suppliers to our warehouses in DK ES FR PL and the UK
- Booking of transports and follow up expected delivery performance
- Handling Cross Trade shipments and making sure all documentation is in place
- Working closely with freight forwarders suppliers and internal teams
- Checking and preparing import documents like invoices packing lists and certificates of origin
- Supporting customs clearance and working with freight forwarders and authorities
- Acting as the go-to person between carriers and our Goods-In departments
- Coordinating outgoing shipments (AIR SEA ROAD COURIER) from our warehouses in DK ES FR PL and the UK to our international customers
- Reviewing logistics performance across countries and suggesting how we can do it even better
- Approving freight invoices and helping us stay on top of costs
Your Profile
- Experience from a similar role in shipping freight logistics or supply chain
- A good knowledge for international transport and eventual customs
- Experience with ERP/logistics systems is a plus but not a dealbreaker
The ideal candidate has the following competences:
- A structured mindset and a proactive approach you like to get things done
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (more languages are a bonus)
- A collaborative spirit and a willingness to grow with the team
