Job Description
ROLES and amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
A). Energy Billings :
1) Coordinate with Clients to assess their energy consumption on a monthly basis to allocate the generated
energy from IPP plants.
2) Analyse and allocate the energy generation and charges for each clients based on their requirement through
HTOA portal.
3) Coordinating directly with Clients EDCs Consultant Client representative to generate EB HT bill after energu
assessment and allocation.
4) TANGEDCO Energy Charges in the HT Bills to be checked and verified for conformance to TNERC norms
5) Generated energy Invoices for each plants as per PPA agreed with Clients.
B). Renewable Energy Certificate Advisory:
1) Generate online EIR on 10th/20th/last day of the month
2) Co-ordination with SLDC to process the SLDC EIR copy.
3) Co-ordination with NLDC to verify the RECs documents and to make the payment.
4) Follow-up with NLDC/Central Agency to get the RECs approved.
5) Preparing Bids in appropriate format for REC Bidding.
6) Maintain REC MIS
C).TARIFF PROPOSAL :
1) Analyse HT bill of the Consumer to understand their energy consumption pattern and examine the energy
requirement based on their need.
2) Carryout financial viability of the project with different tariff scenarios
3) Preparation of Tariff proposal and submission to Clients/ Sales Representative/Consultant etc.
4) Follow-up for closure of tariff proposal.
D). PROJECT Liasoning Works:
1) Preparation of request/approval/process letters to TANGEDCO CEIG and other Statutory Authorities for
required project approvals.
2) Coordinate with respective Departments to attain the required project approvals at various stages of project
commissioning.
3) Follow-up / coordination for payment of TANGEDCO Fee CEIG fee etc.
4) Preparation of EWA EPC and O and amp;M contract based on techno-commercial details of our projects EPC projects
