Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
Responsible for developing and optimizing rotor manufacturing process including stamping lamination stacking aluminum casting shaft insertion machining balancing etc. Prepare and compile process specifications and operation instructions establish key process parameters and process routines and develop the quality control plan.
Participate in and lead the review of new product process risk assessment and the formulation of process methods including cast aluminum rotors and permanent magnet rotors.
Responsible for the communication and management of related equipment suppliers. Responsible for new equipment technical agreement preparation as well as equipment adjustment and acceptance of the new equipment.
Responsible for mold and device design and the capacity bottleneck during the process optimize the process of product implementation and propose necessary process upgrading to reduce cost and increase efficiency.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
Bachelors degree or above is preferred mechanical engineering or related.
Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and good oral and written English.
More than 5 years experience in rotor manufacturing process of motors or more than 5 years of experience in high-pressure die-casting aluminum process.
Familiar with components machining process.
With strong abilities of operating.
