Job Description
performance evaluations.
Establish monitor and improve production norms for all manufacturing processes viz. Slitting
Blanking Notching Assembly Packing Die-casting Loading unloading etc.
Analyze production processes workflow and layout to improve efficiency reduce waste and
increase throughput.
Set-up matrix for OEE manpower and plant utilization.
Develop and implement Time studies work studies ergonomics study line balancing &
debottlenecking and work measurement systems value stream mapping to optimize productivity.
Review / improve layouts with focus on prime space utilization and optimizing material handling/
reducing touch points.
Drive Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and other continuous improvement initiatives across the
plant.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production Quality Maintenance Supply Chain) to
support new product introductions and process improvements.
Manage capital projects including cost justification ROI analysis and implementation planning.
Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency productivity and cost
savings.
Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
Utilize data analysis tools and software (e.g. AutoCAD ERP systems simulation tools) for process
optimization.
Lead change management efforts related to new technologies systems or process changes.
