Job Description
Our client is an international investment firm. They are currently looking for an experienced HR generalist to join their HR team.
Job Description:
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations
- Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle
- Responsible for new hire onboarding and performance management
- Act as main point of contact for employees in relation to HR related questions
- Prepare and maintain staff handbooks and HR policies
- Responsible for ongoing talent management. Analyze training needs in conjunction with departmental managers
- Support implementation of HR system
- Work closely with overseas offices and headquarter to coordinate HR matters and visa applications
Requirements:
- University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum of 5years relevant HR experience. Experience in banking or financial industry will be an advantage
- Hardworking and able to work under pressure
- Strong team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English Cantonese and Mandarin is required
