At Bureau Veritas you will become a part of a large international organisation with the objective of delivering excellence for high profile clients including some of the worlds most recognized brands.

Our new Certification Manager will lead the Certification Management team through a comprehensive Transformation by developing and implementing certification strategies aligned with our 2028 objectives. As a key member of the Certification Management Group you will cultivate and maintain critical client relationships collaborating closely with Business Development and Sales teams to ensure high-quality service delivery while actively promoting Bureau Veritas service portfolio. The role demands expert management of service delivery metrics monitoring performance indicators conducting annual reviews and implementing continuous improvement actions. You will support quality improvement programs by analyzing monthly performance results initiating corrective actions and ensuring audit team qualifications precisely match client service requirements.

Hence the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities strategic thinking performance optimization techniques excellent communication skills and deep technical expertise in certification processes.

As minimum requirements we expect that:

  • You have experience with quality management systems such as ISO and 45001 and similar which gives you a good basis in relation to our products services and employees.
  • Leadership skills with 10 years of leadership experience
  • Transformation and projects Management experience. Preferably from complex and highly regulated industries
  • You are proficient in written and verbal English communication. Good Danish skills both in writing and verbal is a strong advantage.
  • You arethoroughand structuredand have good reporting skills.
