ISP Preschool Teacher Assistant Role Profile
Purpose of Role
The Preschool Teacher Assistant supports the lead teacher in creating a safe nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children. This role involves assisting with classroom management preparing instructional materials supervising children during activities and promoting positive social emotional and cognitive development. The assistant helps ensure that each childs needs are met in alignment with the curriculum and the preschools educational goals.
