Job Description
About the Role
As our Junior Financial Reporting Associate youll play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records managing day-to-day accounting tasks and supporting our Singapore entities through audit and compliance.
What You Will Do
- Accurately record all digital assets transactions (purchases sales transfers) in our accounting system
- Reconcile wallet and exchange balances regularly to ensure consistency
- Collaborate with product operations team to verify transactions
- Maintain audit trails for digital assets transactions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing
- Assist with annual external audit processes
- Prepare audit schedules supporting documentation and explanations
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 25 years of experience in accounting/finance roles
- Hands on experience with digital asset accounting & reconciliation (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and month end close process
- Experience supporting external audits for eg; document preparation
- Excellent attention to detail analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and team oriented mindset
