Pre-opening project in Shangri-La Hongqiao Airport Shanghai and Traders Hongqiao Airport Shanghai.
We are currently looking for a Duty Manager to join our ROOMS team.
As a Duty Manager we rely on you to:
- Assist FOM to ensure smooth operation of front office. Be familiar with the functions of the front office service facilities and be in good condition.
FOM - Maintain good customer relationship and be able to handle guest complaints independently and effectively.
- To provide general management support throughout the hotel at all times monitoring guest satisfaction security and employee s activities.
We are looking for someone who:
- Minimum 1 years in the same position in 5-star international hotel preferably has hotel pre-opening experience.

- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill.
- Good team player build team morale and have passionate energetic fashionable personality.
- Good execution and follow up.
- Good at Microsoft office and Opera system.
