Job Summary
Infosys is seeking a TechnicalTest Lead.
As a Technical Test Lead you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- 4 years of Information Technology experience.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofAddison TXPlano TX Charlotte NCor be willing to relocate to one of these areas.
- This position may require travel in the US and Canada.
- At least 4 years of software testing experience.
- Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.
- At least 4 years of core java or Selenium Test automation experience.
- Design develop and maintain automated test scripts usingSelenium WebDriverand java
- Collaborate with developers business analysts and QA team members to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.
- Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify bugs and performance issues.
- Maintain and enhance the automation framework for scalability and reusability.
- Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI).
- Document test results log defects and track them to closure using tools likeJIRAOr other test management tools
- Participate in sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives in an Agile environment.
- Ensure test coverage traceability and adherence to QA best practices.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
