British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Consumer Experience Digital Manager in Monterrey
We are looking for a data-driven creative and results-oriented Consumer Experience Digital Manager to lead and execute strategical digital initiatives. This role is crucial for driving and implementing projects more effectively and efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to lead a team and significantly contribute towards the companys growth and successes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Execute and manage digital strategies for new categories in Mexico ensuring timely go-to-market plans and performance tracking.
- Scale third-party e-commerce channels (e.g. RAppi Adds) by optimizing placements develop crm plans to grow the users data base.
- Plan launch and optimize Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive digital demand leads and conversions.
- Manage social media execution including content calendars influencer activations and community engagement strategies to grow followers and boost interaction rates.
- Work cross-functionally with sales trade brand and retail teams to align digital efforts with omnichannel marketing initiatives and retail activations.
- Monitor KPIs and performance dashboards identify areas for improvement and adjust campaigns in real-time to meet business goals.
- Coordinate day-to-day work with digital and creative agencies including media buying content production and campaign rollout.
- Track and manage the digital marketing budget ensuring efficient spend across all channels and accurate monthly reporting.
What are we looking for
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce roles
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics Google Ads Meta Ads and social media platforms
- Experience working with 1st or 3rd party e-commerce platforms
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing external agencies
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Highly organized detail-oriented and action-oriented
