Duties & Requirements
Under the guidance and supervision of the Director of Events Management and Events Manager the Events Executive handles and manages all aspects of planning and coordination for confirmed groups and events in all market segments.
Duries:
- Planning and Coordination:Work directly with the organizers on their event programs and to provide professional advice on the food menu and audio visual and floral arrangements to facilitate and assist on their planning.
- Group Management:Monitor room block reduction and cut off time and distributes guest and event most updated information to the relevant parties in the hotel.
- Administration:Ensure full compliance with Delhi standards and procedures to maintain up to date business activities and event information.
Requirements:
- Must hold an Engineer/Specialist in Humanities/International Services visa or a visa that allows employment in Japan.
- Must be able to conduct business negotiations in Japanese; preference will be given to those who can communicate in English.
- Possesses Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- 1 year of experience in Front Office or F&B service
- Resourceful and independent but good team player
