Job Description:
The Head Waiter is to assist Assistant Restaurant Manager to manage assigned outlet as a successful independent profit centre in the F&B Division in sections appointed to maximize profits maintain food / beverage / service quality staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Requirement:
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Oral and written fluency in Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
- Computer literate
- Minimum 3 years experience in an international class hotel
- A proactive and people-oriented leader with strong professional values demonstrating initiative creativity and expertise in F&B operations.
