Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Supervisor to join our team in Belgrade. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating training initiatives ensuring that employees are well-prepared to meet performance standards and deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and uphold established training policies and procedures.
Supervise and support team members engaged in training activities.
Contribute to staff performance evaluations to foster growth and accountability.
Identify operational issues irregularities and risks escalating matters when necessary.
Achieve monthly training and performance targets in alignment with company benchmarks.
Oversee the design maintenance and updates of training materials and documentation.
Review training procedures and tools suggesting improvements to enhance outcomes.
Facilitate clear communication within the team and across departments.
Organize and manage onboarding programs and ongoing training sessions.
Represent the company professionally and positively in all interactions.
Stay informed about best practices and pursue continuous professional development.
Ensure confidentiality of company information resources and equipment.
Use company tools responsibly and in compliance with internal policies.
Collaborate with health and safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Report concerns deficiencies or incidents promptly to management.
Requirements
Fluent Serbian (C1) with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
Strong proficiency in English (minimum B2).
Proven experience in a training instructional or supervisory role.
Demonstrated leadership mentoring and team coordination abilities.
Track record of meeting deadlines performance standards and professional expectations.
Solid knowledge of training methodologies tools and compliance requirements.
Excellent presentation interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Ability to support performance evaluations and contribute to employee development.
Detail-oriented reliable and proactive in problem-solving.
