This is a great opportunity for a leader with solid experience in production environments who can oversee day-to-day operations keep projects on track and support the team in meeting quality and efficiency goals.
The Shop Floor Lead will coordinate workflow monitor progress on active jobs ensure materials and equipment are ready for use and help maintain a safe and organized shop. The role will also involve identifying process improvements and working closely with management to keep operations running smoothly.
This is a temporary to possible permanent position and must be worked fully on-site.
Qualifications:
2 years of manufacturing or production experience
Previous leadership or supervisory experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with plastic manufacturing processes tools and equipment is a plus
- Experience with Fusion or SolidWorks is a plus
