Job Title: Content Management Specialist Intern

Job Summary
At Ingersoll Rand we are now building a dedicated team of star individuals who function with an all hands on deck attitude supported by the resources and stability of a global business. Were looking for an experienced and passionate Content Management Intern to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Organize modify update and verify existing website content coordinate tasks in JIRA
- Coordinate prepare and launch campaigns in CMS (ContentStack)
- Database segmentation
- Work closely with marketing sales and Web teams
- Supporting web content migration
Basic Qualifications:
- Fluency in English is required (speaking reading and writing)
- Experience with working in JIRA ContentStack etc. is preferred
- Be well organized
- Have a great attention to detail
- Are able to learn new skills quickly
- Have the willingness to learn
- Have some experience in customer service
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements: Hybrid in Warsaw
Key Competencies:
- Absolute KEY skills needed for role ability to work with existing website content and to coordinate tasks in JIRA
- Soft skills as communication organizing problem-solving and an adaptability
