Mandate Skill: SSNC/ LMS is the product knowledge expected

Key Responsibilities:

Provide deep expertise in LMS guiding best practices for system use and configuration
Lead and support LMS implementation projects including system setup customization and integration.
Perform hands-on configuration data migration and troubleshooting within LMS.
Train users and provide ongoing support for LMS-related queries and issues.
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve system performance.
Create detailed documentation for system configurations processes and training materials.

Qualifications:

Min 5 years of hands-on experience with Loan Management System including multiple full-cycle implementations.
Strong technical skills experience with system customization and data management within LMS.
Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
