Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: Hybrid Montreal Canada
Contract: 6 12 months
About the Role
Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives drive digital adoption and enable customer-centric innovation.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies roadmaps and readiness assessments

Lead training stakeholder engagement and adoption efforts

Create project documentation artifacts and change communications

Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams through transitions

Implement and manage Digital Adoption Platforms (WhatFix/WalkMe) for enhanced user engagement

Analyze culture barriers and adoption metrics to refine strategies
Required Qualifications
-
5 years of change management experience
-
Prosci or equivalent certification
-
Hands-on experience with WhatFix/WalkMe (administration content analytics integration)

Strong technical aptitude content design and troubleshooting skills
-
Experience with stakeholder management workshops and enterprise consulting

Excellent communication leadership and risk management skills
Nice to Have

Digital transformation program experience
