Job Description

Position Summary:

The Onboarding Associate helps to acclimate the new hires to the companys culture and practices. This involves getting the new hires to sign the job offers and training agreements comply with background checks submit pre-employment requirements and complete other necessary paperwork for labor law compliance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work in close liaison with HR and Operations Departments.
  • Organize and streamline the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Make constant follow-ups with new hires to complete the onboarding process.
  • Collect pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain trackers and keep records updated.
  • Attend audit meetings and training.
  • Ensure compliance with audit requirements.
  • Send out a list of newly hired employees for PEME to the clinic monthly.
  • Endorse a list of employees for DAF issuance to HR monthly.
  • Help verify the new hires TIN and MID.
  • Assist in conducting the New Hire Orientation.
  • Assist in accepting walk-in applications.
  • Help prepare job offers and training agreements.
  • Help initiate background checks.
  • Help screen resumes of applicants when needed especially when the volume is high.
  • Perform other duties of a similar nature/level or as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good English communication skills both written and verbal
  • Can work under pressure and can maintain a positive and professional attitude towards handling employee feedback and concerns
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Willing to work full-time on-site
  • Willing to work on holidays
  • Able to work occasional overtime
  • Eager to start ASAP
