Job Description

General Manager - Hotel Group Metro Manila Philippines

A hotel group is in need of a General Manager to be part of its expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the pre-opening and operational aspect of the hotel property. Moreover the General Manager will provide leadership to the departments to facilitate guest service excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or related discipline

Ten (10) years experience in the same role for an international business or family hotel brand

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Outstanding English language written and communication skills

Pre-opening experience is a plus

Experience in food and beverage operations preferred

Willingness to be based in Metro Manila

Open for local residents and candidates with valid work and residency permits in the Philippines
