About the client
Are you an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving complex system challenges while building strong client relationships This role combines systems administration expertise with client success management making it ideal for someone who thrives in both technical and customer-facing environments.
What Youll Do
- Administer and maintain client infrastructure including servers networks and cloud platforms.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.
- Implement and manage backup disaster recovery and cybersecurity measures.
- Act as the primary technical contact for a portfolio of clients ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless high-quality managed services.
- Provide clients with strategic recommendations on upgrades security and system improvements.
- Document system configurations procedures and changes clearly.
What Were Looking For
- Proven experience in systems administration (Windows Server Linux VMware).
- Solid understanding of networking firewalls and cloud platforms (Azure AWS).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client management.
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and competing priorities effectively.
- Industry certifications (Microsoft VMware ITIL) are considered a strong plus.
