As the Operations Manager you will bring order and structure to the business by implementing efficient systems and processes across sales marketing service delivery finance and HR. Your work will be foundational in enabling the client to scale smoothly and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational processes and best practices across all departments.
Organise and streamline workflows in sales marketing service delivery finance and HR.
Monitor and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Support leadership with data-driven insights and reporting.
Manage vendor relationships and operational budgets as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in startup operations or similar fast-paced environments.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong-minded and proactive problem solver.
Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives from start to finish.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with process improvement and scaling operational functions.
Familiarity with sales marketing service delivery finance and HR operations.
