Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Contributing actively to an international project team driving global HR transformation projects
- Leading and mentoring a team of business experts fostering collaboration and professional development
- Designing enhancing and standardising global recruiting processes to ensure efficiency scalability and compliance with business needs and local regulations
- Harmonising and optimising business processes through innovative IT solutions leveraging Workday capabilities to support strategic HR objectives
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align process templates with the organisations HR ambitions
- Leading the planning and execution of workshops as well as rollout activities in a complex international environment driving user adoption and readiness
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Strong background in retail store operations ideally as a regional sales manager or in a comparable position
- Professional fluency in English enabling effective communication and collaboration in an international environment
- In-depth knowledge of recruiting and HR processes with the ability to align them to business objectives and local compliance requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on optimising processes and driving innovation through technology
- Proven project management experience with the ability to manage complex initiatives successfully
Desirable extras.
- Exposure to cloud-based HR systems
- Experience in applying agile methodologies for project execution
- German language skills are a bonus
