Job Description

Customer Service Coordinator (6-month contract maternity cover)

  • Location: Tuas
  • Working hrs: 8:30-5:30 40hrs 5days
  • Training provided Lunch provided Career advancement Company doctor etc

Job Scope:

  • Communicate and interact with customers and internal team.
  • Coordinate and assign service jobs to Service Technicians.
  • Create invoices and packing lists
  • Execute general administrative tasks
  • Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

  • GCE N/O or ITE
  • Competent in using computers and basic software.
  • Attention to details and fast learner.
