Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive (fulltime) Flooring Project and Sales Coordinator to manage flooring installation projects conduct site readiness inspections coordinate teams and support sales efforts. This role combines operational oversight with client interaction and sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
Oversee all aspects of flooring installation projects including scheduling coordination and quality assurance to ensure they are completed on time and to standard.
2. Team Coordination:
Work closely with installation crews subcontractors and internal departments to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
3. Site Readiness and Inspections:
Visit project sites in advance of installations to verify readiness assess any issues and make sure schedules are realistic and on track.
4. Lead Identification and Pre-Sales:
Actively identify potential flooring and carpeting opportunities. Conduct initial assessments and support the sales team in developing new business.
5. Sales of Ancillary Products:
Sell related commercial equipment such as vacuums and maintenance systems to clients as part of the broader service offering.
6. Client Communication:
Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure clarity responsiveness and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in flooring construction or project coordination
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
3. Confident communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Self-starter with the ability to work independently
5. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites
Preferred:
Background in commercial flooring or related industries with a solid understanding of installation and product knowledge.
The successful candidate will form part of the existing team and would be expected to maintain a good relationship with the Companys customers take a general interest in the operations of the Company as well as ensure that the companys service offering is of the highest quality.
Working hours are from Monday to Friday 7.30am 3.30pm (8 hrs per day).
Look forward to receiving some great CVS! Package is a 25000 base gross per annum commissions / bonuses that will go up to anywhere between 40000 - 60000 gross per annum.
Candidate does not need to speak Maltese per se (but would be preferred) Good command of the English language is a must and full job spec attached.
